Gemma was left tied to a tree in the freezing cold of winter. She was emaciated weighing just 13 kg, half the weight of an adult female greyhound. Nearly starved to death in a Yorkshire city in England. After weeks of recovery at Tia Rescue, she is taken her next big step. She is moving to her new forever home, no wonder Gemma is smiling.

Gemma returning to Tia House of Hounds with her new best friend Betsy.
They shared a doggy broth, Gemma did a meet and greet then her Mum and dad had a big breakfast, a hound walk around the orchard followed by farm-made apple pie and custard. A great place to visit any day of the week.
Gemma is weighing 22.5 kg, fantastic dedication and 3 hourly feeding have almost doubled her weight, since the bleak days when she first arrived at Tia Rescue.
Today the sun is shining and so is Gemma with her new life.
