Sheffield 13 – Where are they now? Ramble!
Ramble has been with us 8 weeks now, after being cared for by the team at Tia and his foster family for the first 10 months. It feels like he has been with us forever (I only wish he had). He is quite simply the most beautiful, gentle, precious boy and it is an absolute privilege to have him in our lives. He loves sardines, having his head rubbed, sleeping on his favourite armchair and being outside – whether it’s sunbathing in the garden or going for walks. Already 10, he shows no signs of wanting to slow down – most probably making up for lost time. Understandably Ramble does still worry at times and always likes to make sure he’s never too far from our side so he sleeps upstairs, with a night light by his bed – all thanks to Tia he will never be in the dark again.

Sheffield 13 – Where are they now? Stilton & BB! (AKA Mr & Mrs Cheese!)
Bella: What a beauty she has become. Her chrysalis has been discarded and a new girl has emerged. Lovely to see her enjoying life to the full. Got ‘stairs’ on the second go…got ‘mum’s bed is comfy’ on the first go! Never leaves my side like her bro. A joy.
Stilton: A gorgeously handsome lad. Oscar winning sad faces when he wants something – usually an ear rub. Sewn onto my trouser leg… apparently! Insists on sitting with me when I’m gardening so we now both have gardening coats! A hilarious lummox that steals everyone’s heart, also enjoying life to the full, including galloping around my field like a 2yr old!

Sheffield 13 – Where are they now? Winnie!

Sheffield 13 – Where are they now? MooMar AKA Mabel!
MooMar is now Mabel… She’s a wonderful character, very cheeky and playful, much younger than her advanced years. She is so loving and affectionate; her second night home she spent cuddled up full length alongside me on the sofa. Someone I was telling about her said she seemed a joy, and that’s probably the word to sum her up: she is full of joy and she has brought me a huge amount of joy since I was lucky enough to bring her home.

Sheffield 13 – Where are they now? Rose!
Rose is an extremely gentle dog with people, she’s gone from being very quiet to enjoying a cuddle on the sofa and really showed my Dalmatian who’s boss around here.
