With so many old dogs in the kennels we do have a lot of dental issues.
Chris from Donaldson’s vets sorted them all out, in our own vet room, sulk, before we moved up here. I don’t know what I miss more, the vet room or making bacon butties, for Chris & Becca every Thursday, when they came to the farm.
We do use Moray Coast vets now who are really good…
I don’t really want them having operations though, unless they really need it. So I found Lisa on Facebook. She came out last week and it will be a regular fortnightly visit. She is great with the dogs. Jack wasn’t impressed, but the others were fine. Tinkerbell absolutely loved it….Thanks Lisa.
Sorry Victor, you are off to the vets next week…

A massive thanks to all our supporters.
Whilst the temporary kennels are not up to our high standards, the dogs don’t know.
They have at least two meals a day, clean comfy beds and freshly cooked sausages or sausage rolls for supper, heating on overnight, staff & volunteers who love them to bits and they are safe.
We have 34 dogs here, 15 are over 10 years old and they are loved every minute of every day.
