Harper was racing down at Romford until September 2015. He has been here since March 2016 and been rehomed once with a fantastic Tia supporter, however his main aim in life was trying to drag her neighbours dog through the fence.

In his youth he was a sod with other dogs, but loves his life at Tia. He is the noisiest dog in the kennels and probably the softest. He is also the second oldest, coming up 12 years old in November.

Harper had an untreated wrist injury, which is causing him discomfort in his own age.
