Rami (Headford Ben)

He has had quite enough adventures for one lifetime thank you and needs his own tribe. Pulled out of a Yorkshire canal, Rami has very little on the clock with six just races. Tops the scale at around 32 kilos, and lucky to be alive.

Lily (Lilfirerocket)

born 18/7/2021

Lilfirerocket, now known as Lilly, is looking for her forever sofa.

She is 3.5 years old, spayed, and recently wormed.

She didn’t have a bad career, with eleven wins under her belt. She just became slower, and younger whippersnappers took her crown. Her career came to an end when she trailed in last out of four. Something we hate to see.

Currently on foster in South Yorkshire getting acquainted to home life. After just two days of getting used to her new feeding and walking routine, she is now clean in the house.

This beautiful black girl is really playful and loves playing with toys. She’s settled fine with two other hounds, but we think she would be quite happy as an only dog also. She loves people and greets them with her helicopter tail. She is really loving and also very inquisitive, and will make some lucky person very happy to have her in their life.

Another one who could go around Towcester blindfold. Harry doesn’t appear to be impressed with the David Bailey stuff.

A forty-kilo contender who owes racing nothing.  Heart of oak and deserves his retirement. Fit as a fiddle.

Harry is with his trainer in Nottingham, who would like him in a home sooner rather than later.

Dear God, what have you got on.

Gorgeous little 26 kilo blue girl. Raced only last week and was beaten by her kennel mate. Handbags at dawn for that one. Palermo has nothing to prove, and it is time a suitable sofa was found. Racing can be a tough game when you are a fairy.

Could someone save this girl from her trainer’s fashion sense.

Now then young lady. A very lucky girl. Full sister to our own Crystal and another rescue’s Tralee.  Both of your sisters fell amongst thieves. If you are half as good as our Chrissy, you will be OK.

Not a bad end of career total with fourteen wins. Friendly girl who hung up her jacket six weeks ago.

Based in Doncaster.

Otis (Ruffian Han)

born November 2020

“Otis is a lovely calm and quiet boy.  He jumps into the car by himself and travels well, laying down for the journey.  Otis walks very calmly and quietly on his lead and enjoys having a good sniff around.  We saw other dogs and some partridge but other than pricking up his ears and having a good look, he didn’t react, even when a small dog barked at him.  We walked for about 3-4km and whilst Otis was fine with that distance, we got the impression he would also be happy with shorter walks.  Otis is very friendly even when he doesn’t know you but reserves the best of his affection for his special people and you’ll know he’s settled and you’ve won his trust when you start to see his happy face and waggy tail.  Otis is a gorgeous looking, sweet natured boy who will be the perfect addition to someone’s family”.

Lovely calm friendly sort. Nine wins, finishing back in May. Took umbrage at being shouldered out the way at the first bend and was red carded for life.

Sensible boy! Still with his trainer in Doncaster. Give Deb a ring if you are interested.
