Pure eye candy. Steer was quite frankly magnificent.
A wonderful sponsor dog who eventually found his place in the world on the sofa of two special people. To our amazement he took to it like a duck to water. He came to live at our expense about five years ago. A bundle of nerves and had he got loose would have run himself into the ground until he collapsed. Steer was far safer with us and used to hide at the back of the pen in case he was noticed.
Last August he went down the drive to a superb home, quickly filling the hole left by another sponsor Boe. We would like to thank his Mum & Dad for giving him a chance and providing him with a well deserved taste of honey. His mom and dad are reeling from the pain and so are we.
He fell ill this week and deteriorated quickly. We lost him today and his mom and dad are devastated. Tia would also like to thank his loyal band of supporters.
This is so bitterly unfair.
